Magic Origami Summer Camp Program 2007 For Children and Teens
 
Let your child's imagination and creativity expand in an amazing Magic Origami camp. Through this ancient Japanese art of paper folding and a wonderful story telling technique, children and teens will transform
flat pieces of paper into unique three dimensional sculptures using no material other than paper. Within one week, they will surprise their friends with Origami magic tricks, whimsical creaturs, or action models
that can jump, fly, flap, inflate and perform all kind of imaginary feasts. From exquisite colorful Japanese paper they will create useful and decorative paper models such as boxes, containers, animals, insects,
people, flowes, toys, party tricks, greeting cards and much more.
At Magic Origami Summer Camp your child can have fun and at the same time develop essential skills. He/she can learn how to take a project from start to finish, develop sequencing, mathematical and spatial
perception skills and enjoy the challenge of problem solving along with peers.

Magic Origami Summer Camp is consisted of three hours daily activity during which children and teens fold and create Origami models by following verbal and visual instructions. They llisten to stories told
by Origami story-telling experts and learn some Origami magic tricks.
Children and teens have an option to register for one through nine 3 hrs activity on Fridays (Morning or Afternoon), or for full one through nine weeks of 3 hrs activity on Monday through Friday (Morning only).
In order to achieve basic skills, children & teens have to register to at least one full week in the beginning of July or August. By the end of a full one week, children & teens will be able to read diagrams on
their own, and independently fold models using Origami books.
Theragami reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or to modify classes as necessary. Theragami also reserves the right to terminate enrollment if placement appears to be inappropriate
for the child.

Fridays only: 9.00am-12.00pm or 1.30pm to 4.30pm
